Natalie Reitman-White, Ownership & Governance Advisor
Natalie served as the VP of Organizational Vitality and Trade Advocacy at Organically Grown Company for 4 years, and recently transitioned into a new role as a Trustee of the Sustainable Food & Agriculture Perpetual Purpose Trust. After two decades of leadership in the organic trade, she shifted her focus to transformative corporate finance and ownership models that enshrine long-term mission-focus, multi-stakeholder governance and regenerative returns.
Peter Koehler, Capital Strategy Advisor
Peter has spent his career helping purpose-driven organizations level up and achieve their mission. He began his career in Oregon politics working on progressive campaigns and as a Legislative Aide in the state capital. After leaving politics, he became Director of Growth for Green Zebra Grocery, a healthy convenience store startup. Since 2017, Peter has been running his own consulting business that helps mission-driven companies with strategy, capital finance and investor relations.
Elle Griffin, Associate Ownership & Governance Advisor
Elle started her career in accounting and finance, earning a CPA and learning how businesses grow and stall over time. After co-leading a trust deal in Canada, she noticed how success derived more from the people than the numbers. Switching focus to team coaching and wellbeing in the workplace, she started a coaching and organizational consultancy practice in 2008. Elle believes that helping people work well together is a key responsibility of positive impact businesses.
Matt Mroczek, Financial Advisor
Matt is VP of Finance at Organically Grown Company. He believes that all businesses can and should have a positive impact on their constituents, and his career has emphasized operational finance practices that enable healthy, sustainable outcomes. His current focus is supporting like-minded companies in building strong foundations of ownership and capital that enable stewardship of mission and decision-making by those most actively involved in the business.
